Anyway, I will relate one other related story that I remember from the concert in Rolla, MO in March of 1977. I am sure that you don't remember this or may not have ever known it.The concert was in the gym and the stage was on the gym floor and was basically open on the sides.
You guys came out on to the stage, either at the start of the concert or for the encore (I think it was for the encore),and one of you brought a bottle of Heineken back to the stage. He put it down on an amp, speaker or box at the back of the stage and you guys started playing. A couple of minutes later someone from the audience snuck around to the back of the stage, looked out at the audience and then with a big grin took a big swig of the Heineken put it back down and ran off of the stage. The crowd gave a big cheer and you guys kept on playing like nothing happened, though it seemed that you guys had some confused looks from the cheer that came in the middle of the song.
