I have had a chance over the years to offer this concept to folks and it has been a real joy for me. It has been very popular and successful so I am offering it again.

I have done them for anniversaries, birthdays, valentines, hot date ideas, just to show love. It has always been a special thing for me to be able to help folks share some warmth and deep feelings this way and create music that is from you to someone you care about. It is a special gift that is very unusual and has saved marriages (no kidding), brought people closer together, made for very special evenings, helped smiles shine and I have heard thanks over and over again. Seems these become a treasured item for many years. Pretty cool. Here's how it works.

You send me the person's name you want the song to be made for. That will be the name of the song and is in the lyric many times. Here's a fun part, at the end of the song I put in what is called an audio signature that is something the person giving the gift writes and that is recorded over the music as it rides out at the end of the song. It can be a poem, some special message or anything the person wants to express to their loved one. This is the section that makes it something very special, besides a great recording and song of course.

I have a great recording studio at home with state of the art gear and the product is as good as any commercially available. I take a lot of care and pride in this work so all who receive one are more than pleased with the quality. Most let me know it far exceeded their expectations. It is delivered on a mastered CD with beautiful art work.

I also do graphic work as a designer of CD covers (secret's out now I guess) and have done some of the Heartsfield covers as well as many others. I just mention this because the cover and artwork are part of the finished CD. Most folks send a photo that I incorporate on the cover or give me some nicknames or ideas to use, others leave it up to me. Whichever way, the package will look and sound great.

I usually need about 4 to 5 weeks lead time to get these done individually and I can't take too many requests at a time, so make sure if you have an idea for one that you get it in early.

1)  The names of the person whom the CD is TO and also FROM. The name you want used can be a nickname or whatever you want. These names will be used in the song and for the artwork.

2)  If photo is wanted on cover I need to get a hard copy (will be returned) to scan and put in the artwork. E-mailed photos are usually too low of a quality, I need to do the scanning myself.

3)  For the audio signature, I will need something written by the giving person to the receiver that is whatever they want to have said at the ride out of the song. This can be a message, a short poem etc. The audio signature is the place for the sender to let it out and say what they want to the other person.

4)  Also with order it would be best to have an e-mail address or 2nd best a phone number to call if any questions arise on my end. I want to make sure it is all correct. Only needed this once but it is a good safety measure. Some people use a cell or work number to help keep the surprise intact.

5)  The address you want it shipped to and the name of the package. This is necessary for folks who want it to be a surprise so I don't send it to the wrong place or addressed to the wrong person. The song can be sent directly to the subject of the song if wanted just let me know.

6)  If the CD cover will have no photo that needs to be mailed, all the info can be e-mailed or snail mailed.

7)  Send any info including photo and check for $175.00 to:

8) Some ladies just want the love song made for themselves by me and that works, just send the name address etc., and I will take care of the rest and make it very special.
