Online Ordering
We use PayPal as our secure online payment processor, however it is NOT necessary to be a PayPal member to make your purchase via credit card.  For Paypal account holders, you may log in during the checkout process to take advantage of the convenience of your membership.

Mail Ordering
Although online ordering and payment is fast, easy, and secure, if you prefer to mail in your order, here's how:

• Add item(s) to your shopping cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout."  On the next page, click "Calculate total order amount," then enter your location, which will calculate your total amount, including shipping.  Next, click on the thin blue band with the "down" triangle to view your order details, and finally, print that page. This will be your order form.  You may then empty/close the shopping cart (you're in snail mail land now!).
• Write your name and address on the form, and make sure to include an e-mail address and/or phone number so that we can contact you in the event there is a question about processing your order.
• Checks should be made out to Planet49, however money order or bank check allows for faster shipping.
• Mail your form and payment to:  Planet 49 Enterprises, 4924 W. 141st St., Crestwood, IL 60445

Shipping
Orders are shipped via USPS, usually within 4-5 days of receipt.   If your order seems delayed, item(s) may be on back order.  If you have concerns, please contact us (see below).

Note:
